Sawyer Mill Apartments is easily accessed from the Spaulding Turnpike - situated only 10 minutes from both Interstate 95 and Portsmouth, and an hour from Boston or Portland, ME. Our apartments were built in 1983 as part of a restoration project of the Sawyer Woolen Mills 1824-1899. Much of the old mill character has been preserved, including our two bridges that span the Bellamy River and view the mill dams. Each unit has its own unique qualities as well, offering a variety of options to our tenants and prospective tenants.
Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail is the best way to provide a comfortable communitiy for the people who have chosen our rentals. We have a full time maintenance manager on site. Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of the property. Our Leasing Agent, Patricia Fall, takes excellent care of our tenants - past, present and future - and brings a real sense of family to our relatively large community.
